Deposit payments is secured against materials bought specific to your order. Should any cancellations or amends be required, there may be an additional fee to cover materials costs. Due to the nature of the services we provide, it is not possible to change your mind on colour/style once committed, but we will try our best to work with you as much as possible to ensure a happy outcome.
Only faulty or damaged goods can be returned. All deliveries and collections must be checked before being accepted and will not be covered for damage once fitted or used. Products can only be returned within 14 days of sale in an unused, re-sellable condition.
Guarantees vary according to each service or product, but is 12 months at a minimum in line with your consumer rights.
12 month guarantee on good paint which does not show any signs of damage, repair or age. 24 – 36 Months may be given to vehicles if the paint is still under the manufacturer paint warranty period. Please ask if your vehicle qualifies for this, and ensure that it is stated on your invoice to be able to make a claim. Vehicle wrap films are designed to be installed to protect factory paint, which is a requirement for correct adhesion. The wrap will only ever be as strong as the surface being wrapped. Non-painted panels including primer and plastics will not have any warranties applied.
